Pooja Freeman
Hi! I’m Pooja Freeman and I’m not the commercial loan broker your parents told you about. I’m more than that – I’m your complete commercial financing advisor. I work with clients to acquire and assist with commercial lending for business acquisitions, as well as other business-related assets up to and including building, equipment, and other assets. In addition, I’m a master at acquiring working capital. I’m the outside-the-box thinker that I know my clients need, so just call me Houdini because I can work some serious magic!
I’ve worked in and around the banking and commercial lending industry for over 25 years and I bring my vast knowledge and the nationwide relationships I’ve built over those years to each of my clients. I understand that every client has their own unique set of needs and concerns, so I come to the table with a customized approach. This style allows me to search and utilize my nationwide network of lenders to ensure that clients will get the best deal possible.
Truth be told, I don’t take on every deal that comes my way. I know my clients time is valuable and I don’t waste it knowing a deal may not close. When running a business, you don’t always have the time, knowledge, or resources to secure your perfect deal. That’s where I come in. I walk you through every step of the process, help you understand the details you need to know, and serve as a point of contact to facilitate smooth communication between you and the banks. I started by crunching the numbers to tell you honestly if your deal has a good chance of getting approved before we begin.
What makes me a differentiator in this space, is how much I genuinely care about my clients and doing what is right. Putting my clients wants, needs, and concerns will always be at the forefront of my personal belief system. So if you’re looking for a kind and trustworthy commercial loan broker with an extensive network that operates under integrity, takes the stress out of the process, and has over a 90% success close ratio: I’m your girl!

Personal Experience
It was my first time dying. I’ve never died before. So, everything freaked me out.
In 2018, I battled an autoimmune disease that put me in the hospital and gave me a near-death experience. I am so grateful for the nurses and doctors who listened to what I had to say as I shared my fears, concerns, and doubts.
They shared their compassion and knew how to handle the emotional roller coaster I was on. They knew the process and guided me through it.
It was tough, but that positive experience with my doctors provided focus. As I recovered, I realized I do the same for people selling their businesses.
I gained unique and valuable experiences from working in the financial industry to owning multiple businesses – so I understand all sides of business ownership. So, I set out, along with my team at Freeman Lundt, to serve in inspired and more meaningful ways.
Today, I lead an extraordinary group of forward-thinking certified business brokers and lenders at Freeman Lundt who believe in paying it forward, doing things the right way, inspiring growth, and embracing diversity.
We help business owners, with an emphasis on minority, veteran, and women-owned companies, sell their 50 million dollars and under businesses for more money and exit on their own terms through our proven 4-step strategy, Valuation to Victory Process. We’re with you every step of the way, from before you hit the market till after the close.
As an owner with three businesses (two in manufacturing and one in financial services) in my portfolio, I understand all sides. I rely on my unique and valuable experiences to calm the nerves of anxious business owners selling for the first time or exiting their companies.
I enjoy meeting new business owners and learning about their goals. Reach out to me if you want to talk about exit planning, business development, or even video games.

Personal Experience
My parents never saw it coming.
Growing up in the 80s, my parents had a Scandinavian Deli in Lakewood, Washington. They started off doing really well, and everybody loved it. A few years later, we moved to a Tacoma location in a strip mall.
Soon after the doors opened, the rent increased, and before they knew it, the rent went up four times in just four short months. They didn’t fully understand the fine print in the rental terms before signing, so they never saw the hike coming. They didn’t know what they didn’t know.
But the next thing I knew, they couldn’t afford the rent and had to close their doors.
My parents had the dream of bringing Scandinavian food to Pierce County, Washington, and that’s just what they did. Had I known then what I know now with 30 years of experience under my belt, perhaps they would still be slinging tasty Scandinavian food.
It’s from this experience that my love for helping Business Owners started. Now, I get to advocate for people like my parents. That’s what ignites my drive.
Today, I lead an extraordinary team of forward-thinking certified business brokers and lenders at Freeman Lundt who believe in paying it forward, doing things the right way, inspiring growth, and embracing diversity.
