She has a proven track record of senior-level executive support, management, and client facing relationship management. Junell brings that knowledge base to Freeman Lundt to assist clients as they look to invest or divest business interests or secure project funding.
Currently, Junell interacts and manages the buy and sell process with C-level executives and main street investors in a wide variety of industries. She works in conjunction with other team members across the Freeman Lundt M&A and Commercial Capital divisions to deliver a seamless client experience. Her expertise lies in the commercial & industrial real estate sector, but Junell’s solution-based philosophy applies to all situations.
Junell received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at California State University San Marcos and is a licensed real estate broker.
With over 23 years of experience in financial services, Pooja Freeman leads the Commercial Capital Division for Freeman Lundt. Her broad experience in all aspects of commercial lending, along with her vast network helps clients obtain access to capital. Her goal is to understand a client’s business in a way that allows her to bring unique insights and value to every interaction and ultimately obtain the best solution for every client.
Pooja’s network is filled with diverse lending sources which allows her to provide solutions to most commercial lending verticals including but not limited to commercial real estate, cannabis, hard money, and many more.
Pooja has worked at some of the world’s most prestigious financial institutions and has earned many accolades during her tenure as a commercial banker within these firms. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Seattle University in Business with a concentration in E-Commerce and Information Systems. She also graduated from the elite Pacific Coast Banking School, a graduate level program designed for Banking Executives and high-level Commercial Banking individuals by invite only.
Scott’s foray in the finance industry began in 1997. His journey has included experience that ranges from consumer to commercial finance, insurance to investments, and corporate leadership to business owner. During his tenure at institutions such as Wells Fargo, Key Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and US Bank, Scott has received numerous awards and recognition for performance, service, and leadership.
In his current role, Scott is engaged with business owners and C-level executives providing trusted advice for transitions of small business and lower middle market firms. He excels in representing a variety of industries including manufacturing, information technology, service, medical, and transportation.
Scott received his Master of Science in Finance & Economics with highest honors from the Paul & Virginia Engler College of Business at West Texas A&M University. He also received a degree in Finance from the Milgard School of Business at the University of Washington Tacoma.
Additionally, Scott is a state licensed instructor teaching a variety of topics (including finance, current trends, and transition planning) to organizations such as the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA). He holds the designation of Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) and has previously held a Series 7, Series 66, and Life and Disability Insurance licenses.
Rahsaan Freeman has set a new bar for performance in the financial services industry since 1994. He has received various accolades for business development, leadership, and risk mitigation within the commercial banking and investment markets.
His responsibilities at institutions such as US Bank, Wells Fargo, and Key Bank have provided him with extensive experience in capital advisory, debt restructures, and business planning within the manufacturing, information technology, service, medical, and transportation sectors.
Rahsaan is an alumnus from the prestigious Pacific Coast Banking School. He holds the Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) designation, his Managing Brokers license, and is a licensed educator for the state of Washington. Additionally, Rahsaan has previously held a Series 6, Series 63, and Life and Disability Insurance licenses.
