My passion for multifamily syndication stems from my personal story. Growing up in Section 8 housing, I witnessed the hardships families face when quality housing is out of reach. My immigrant parents worked tirelessly to support our family, but financial strain meant relying on government assistance and dealing with inadequate living conditions. These early experiences inspired a deep commitment in me to create safe, quality homes for families—homes that provide the stability and opportunities I didn’t have.
With nearly two decades of experience in commercial lending, I’ve become adept at navigating the complexities of business development, risk management, and relationship building. Throughout my career, I’ve led strategic financial initiatives for mid-market clients, structured complex financial products, and managed financial portfolios ranging from $5 million to $50 million, helping mid-market clients achieve their financial goals. This background allows me to approach multifamily syndication with a clear understanding of financial analysis, credit risk, and investment structuring, making it possible for investors to build wealth through large-scale real estate investments.
After years in commercial banking, I shifted my focus to multifamily real estate, where I now leverage my financial acumen to identify promising opportunities, minimize risk, and manage assets that generate passive income for investors. My mission extends beyond financial success; it’s about building a lasting legacy for both my family and the communities we serve. I’m driven by a belief that wealth-building should create value for everyone involved, and I’m dedicated to ensuring that families have access to clean, safe, and dignified living environments.
Through my strong network and ability to forge key partnerships, I’ve uncovered significant opportunities in the multifamily real estate market. I believe in creating a world where building wealth is not at the expense of others but a collaborative effort to uplift entire communities. If I can help others secure a brighter future for their families while enhancing the neighborhoods we invest in, then I’m fulfilling my purpose.
